Nikodemus the Vampire
More can be seen at: (click here) -> Nikodemus the Vampire My porcelain-dolls (Ball Jointed Dolls) are completely hand made by me. I did the original sculpture in Plastilin, then pull plaster molds and cast in porcelain (Porcelain is’t affected by UV-light.) Then I did the painting (China paint is permanent and will never fade, scratch or flake.) and finally the dressing with special clothing accurate in every detail according to the theme, in my own atelier in Bielefeld. I need about 2 to 8 months to complete. Eyes: mouth-blown glass eyes, made in Germany. Hair: real human hair, hand-knotted. The hair is permanently glued to the head. Joints: 14, Leather joint lining. Size. 24”/ 62cm tall. Please note that every Beautiful Beast a one-of-a-kind with its own personality.
